BuzzMyVideos is looking for a Sales Executive for the Istanbul office to work with and for the vibrant community of content creators in Turkey!
BuzzMyVideos is a digital media company that entertains audiences globally. We power scalable creation, curation, distribution and monetisation of online video through our innovative technology platform.
With over 12 years combined experience from Google and YouTube, co-founders Paola Marinone and Bengu Atamer, recognized the gap in the current ecosystem and founded BuzzMyVideos in 2011. Today BuzzMyVideos provide a data-driven, measurable and scalable platform to more effectively entertain and engage audiences globally. BuzzMyVideos is headquartered in London and supported by an international team of video creators, engineers, content specialists and sales personnel.
Where do you come in and what you will do?
Primary liaison with brands and agencies working with innovative branded content trends for content creators
Source, plan and close branded entertainment packages with Turkish and international advertisers or agencies to create original branded content that is aligned with a high quality user experience
Packaging and bundling of content inventory
Position BuzzMyVideos’ International content creators to highly targeted branded content operations at a local and global level
Manage relationships with key clients such as brand managers, strategic planners, media, social and creative agencies to create awareness and develop deep understanding of how to use BuzzMyVideos’ content creators reach to target audiences
Connect and enable brands and content creators to develop premium campaigns
Manage the relationship with international and local YouTube and other platforms’ sales teams
Manage all sales operations activities
About you and your skills
Experience selling and closing scalable, innovative branded entertainment products and programs
3 years of direct experience in selling branded content for Broadcasters and/or Online Video platforms/publishers
Strong client management skills, experience working with top brands and agencies and strong industry relationships
Having an active and proofed advertising client portfolio for International Agency hubs, and multi-market spending client brands globally
A solid understanding of online video space, and a good working knowledge on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and any other up and coming video platform
Experience in Media sales using project management techniques for YouTube and/or other Online Video Platforms/Publishers
Ability to define sales strategies, execute plans and set targets
Experience in negotiation of deals with top brands and agencies
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Having great time management and analytical skills
Be a self-starter and solid problem solver
Fluent English speaker (speaking any additional language is ideal)
