BuzzMyVideos is looking for superstar head of sales who can work with the growing BuzzMyVideos International Team on advertising & sales, Brand relationship management and growing new monetization opportunities for our Content Creators. The role will have a UK and international impact on defining branded content strategy for brands and creators and will be responsible for evangelizing and closing innovative deals in the online video space.

Responsibilities

Evangelize brands and agencies about innovative branded content trends with content creators

Source, plan and close branded entertainment packages with UK and International advertisers or agencies to create original branded content that is aligned with a high quality user experience

Packaging and bundling of content inventory

Position BuzzMyVideos’ UK and International content creators to highly targeted branded content operations at a local and global level

Manage relationships with key clients such as brand managers, strategic planners, media, social and creative agencies to create awareness and develop deep understanding of how to use BuzzMyVideos’ content creators reach to target audiences

Connect and enable brands and content creators to develop premium campaigns

Manage the relationship with the international and local YouTube sales teams

Manage all sales operations activities

Knowledge & Experience
BA/MA/BS

Experience selling and closing scalable, innovative branded entertainment products and programs

5 years of direct experience in selling branded content for Broadcasters and/or Online Video platforms

Strong client management skills, experience working with top brands and agencies and strong industry relationships in UK and EMEA

Having an active and proofed advertising client portfolio in UK (any other EMEA country is a plus)

A solid understanding of online video space, and a good working knowledge on YouTube specifically

Experience in Media sales for YouTube and/or other Online Video Platforms/Publishers

Ability to define sales strategies, execution plans and target setting

Experience in negotiation of deals with top brands and agencies

Excellent negotiation & communication skills

Having great time management and analytical skills

Be a self-starter & solid problem solver

Fluent English speaker (speaking an additional European language is ideal)

Experience on starting up and managing international teams is a plus
